About Orders
Your order will be confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from our store.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within three days after placing your order, please check your spam folder and contact Customer Support.

For items without a specified shipping date on the product page,
orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
For made-to-order or pre-order items,
please refer to the estimated delivery date listed on each product page.
Shipping may be delayed during busy periods or depending on order volume.
In such cases, we will notify you in advance or at the time of shipment.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via EMS.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight
and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
Please note:
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a value different from the actual purchase amount.
International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.
Size & Fit
In addition to our general size guide,each product page provides sizing recommendations based on the design and fit of the item.
Shelly de Titi offers original sizing such as S1 / S2 / M1 / M2 for certain items,
in addition to standard size indications.
Please use the size guide as a reference when selecting your size.
As fit and details vary by item, we recommend checking the “Size & Fitting” section on each product page before making your final selection.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer preference.
If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or refund.
Please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unused and sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and returned within 14 days

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (round-trip)

Exchanges are limited to one time per order

Briefs are not eligible for exchange

Care Instructions
To ensure long-lasting beauty and quality,
please refer to the care instructions listed on the product page and garment label.
As many items are made with delicate materials,
we recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water.
About Semi Orders
Please contact us in advance with your desired item and size.
After the design meeting, we will send you a quotation.
Payment must be completed within 5 business days after receiving the quotation.
Production will begin once payment is confirmed.
Estimated Production Time
Approximately 4–6 weeks after payment confirmation.
Please note that production time may vary depending on order volume.
The estimated delivery date will be provided individually at the time of quotation.
