After the design meeting, an estimate will be issued.
Production will begin once payment is confirmed within five (5) business days.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If you require an extension or have a scheduled payment date, please notify us in advance.
Bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.
In the event of a defective product or damage caused during shipping,
we will cover all related costs and either exchange the item for the same product or issue a refund.
To request an exchange or return under these conditions, please contact Customer Support within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused and sent back within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Products marked as Sale are not eligible for return.
If a replacement item is unavailable due to stock limitations, you may select another product of equal value.
Please note that even if you consulted us regarding sizing in advance, the exchange conditions will not change.
Returns Will Be Refused in the Following Cases:

Failure to contact Customer Support within 7 days of product arrival

Failure to return the product and all included items within 14 days

Missing accessories or included items

Missing or lost packaging materials

Evidence of wear or use (wrinkles, deformation, scratches, stains, odors, etc.)

All types of underwear bottoms (shorts)

Returns sent via regular mail or with shipping charges unpaid

Products whose value has been significantly reduced due to insufficient care during return shipping
(Such items will be returned to the customer with shipping charged collect.)
Size Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and returned within 14 days

Shipping fees for size exchanges (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility

Only one (1) size exchange is allowed per order

Underwear bottoms (shorts) are not eligible for exchange

If the same product is unavailable, another product of equal value may be selected
Sale items are not eligible for size exchange.
Product Delivery
Online Store Purchases
Items without a specified delivery date will generally be shipped within three (3) business days.
Delivery schedules for made-to-order or special items may differ.

If an order is returned due to refusal of delivery or prolonged absence,
we will charge the customer for shipping and return handling fees.
In cases of unjustified refusal of cash-on-delivery orders or expiration of storage periods,
we will invoice the following costs via registered mail:

Production takes approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
The estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of quotation.
