Domestic shipments within Japan are delivered via Sagawa Express.
Shipping fees vary depending on product size and delivery area.

Order Process

Your order will be considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within approximately three days after placing your order,
please contact Shelly de Titi Customer Support by email.

Customers under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before making a purchase.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
• Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Shipping may be delayed during busy periods or depending on order volume. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.
• In the event that an item is out of stock, your order may be cancelled.
• Made-to-order and pre-order items require a different shipping timeframe. Please refer to each product page for details.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service).
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight and will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Please note:
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred at customs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a value different from the actual purchase amount.

Refusal of Delivery / Long-Term Absence

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or long-term absence for reasons attributable to the customer,
shipping fees and handling charges will be billed.

If a cash-on-delivery order is refused without a valid reason or returned due to storage expiration,
we will invoice the following costs via certified mail:

Semi-Order Items

For Semi-Order items, production begins after payment is confirmed.
The production period is approximately 4–6 weeks after payment.
Depending on order volume, production may take longer.

Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of quotation.

Salon Payments

Made-to-Order / Semi-Order

After the design meeting, a quotation will be sent.
Payment must be completed within 5 business days to proceed with production.

If payment is not received, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If you require an extension or have a scheduled payment date, please contact us in advance.

Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective.
In the event of defects or damage caused during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and must be unused.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.
If a replacement item is unavailable due to stock conditions, please select another item of equal value.

Size consultation prior to purchase does not alter the exchange conditions.

Returns Not Accepted in the Following Cases

  1. Failure to contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Failure to return the product and included items within 14 days

  3. Missing accessories or components

  4. Missing or damaged packaging materials

  5. Evidence of wear, use, or odors

  6. Briefs and shorts

  7. Returns sent via regular mail or cash-on-delivery

  8. Damage due to insufficient care during return shipping

(Return shipping costs will be charged in such cases.)

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Return the item within 14 days, unused

  3. Sale items are not eligible for size exchange

  4. Shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility (round-trip)

  5. Only one exchange per order

  6. Briefs are not eligible for size exchange

  7. If the same item is unavailable, please choose another item of equal value
