[Returns/Exchanges]

・Special terms for returns

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.
Only in the unlikely event that the product is defective or damaged or soiled due to trouble during transportation,

We will either replace the product with the same product or refund the shipping cost.
In the above cases, if you wish to exchange or return the product, please be sure to contact customer support within 7 days of the arrival of the product.
We accept returns only if the product is returned within 14 days of its arrival and has not been used.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products marked as on sale (hereafter referred to as "sale items").

If there is no replacement item available due to stock availability, please select an item of the same price from other sales items.

Even if we receive size consultation in advance, we will not change the exchange conditions.

 

We will not accept returns if any of the following apply.

If you do not contact customer support within 7 days after receiving your order
If you cannot return the ordered product and enclosed items to the designated shipping address within 14 days after the product arrives
If the product does not come with all accessories
Insufficient or lost wrapping supplies

[About product delivery]

In principle, items that do not have a delivery schedule listed on the product page will be shipped within 3 business days.

Other ordered products may have different delivery schedules.
